I cant decide which edit I like better.... Not that it really matters but I sincerely enjoy looking at both of them so much!

Random thing....

So right now this probably doesnt make sense to most of you but 

it will in a few weeks!:)

anyways moving on I made this little quote.... thing... I dont know what to call it thats why i decided to call it the random "thing" haha anyways i started with a cardboard box.

 then i tried to envison where i wanted the words to be painted on

 And then I added raindrops and the flower!

When I told my mom about this idea as her usual scrapbooker self suggested I just use the "cricut" to spell out the quote. We'll I didnt want it looking store bought... i know i'm weird but i wanted it to look handmade. (plus i love getting all messy with paint) well along the way I made quite a few mistakes like the smudge below dance or the "C" in dance is a LITTLE larger than the rest of the letters, or the "O" in about.. So while I was outside painting.. feeling the wind blowing from the ocean, through the canyon, and into my hair, listening to my music, and deep in thought I was inspired by my mistakes and realized that sometimes the one thing thats not so perfect about someone or something can be the exact same thing we love them/it for...

Danielle the Belle

Danielle wanted some pictures done for her own profile shot on her own photography site

and I said yes of course! with her beautiful hair, amazing skin, and long, modelesque body why wouldnt I want her on my site! (you can pay me later danielle) hahaha jk

We really had a blast until.... the last picture i took of her laying on the tree a man walked by us on the hiking trail and told us "hey you know that stuff your surrounded by is poison oak right?"

to which we stared at him with our jaws dropped like " wow! were idiots!" HAHAHA

needless to say that was the end of the photo shoot we rushed home and showered as quick as possible!

we had been touching it all day long!

  im a googler so when i got home found out that in most cases for some odd reason your skin doesnt always react to it the first time it comes in contact with it but the second time you might not be as lucky! SO BEWARE! Anyways was a good day and I was really happy with what we did get! Enjoy!

 

Bow ring

So as some of you know I am in lo... no obsessed with rings!

I now have a collection of... hold on let me go count...47 rings!

I know its a bit ridiculous... i would have more but i have lost soooo many over the years and broken even more!

anyways so I found a bunch of D.I.Y. ring ideas lately so i decided that making my own would be a

lot more fun (not to mention less expensive) for my ring buying habits

so I went and bought a mandrel and some wire and went to work on this 

adorable bow ring!

I thought it would be a great idea to make some different ones for christmas gifts! ;)

Krafty Kaitie

So i've really been getting into this D.I.Y. stuff lately and surprisingly enough I actually DO it!

HAHA 

instead of just staring at a picture of cool crafts going " wow! look how cool that looks... bet it would be fun" or reading the instructions on doing it and going " HA! THATS NEVER GONNA HAPPEN!"

with unbelief in my voice! HAHAHA

so anyways i started off with these wire things 

the first one i made said love and it was wrapped in red yarn! looks super cute up in my room.

( which not all of you know but I HAVE MY OWN ROOM NOW!)

and i'm having a blast decorating it to my liking!

anywaaaaays kaitie is getting SUPER off subject here back to my yarn things...
